As Graphic Designer you are responsible for artistically driving the brand forward with the most innovative, on-trend focuses to keep the brand up-to-date and relevant. You will deliver assets across Digital, Retail and VM.  You must live and breathe the mission, and stay in touch with all the latest trends.

To be eligible for this role, you will have a strong creative graphic design background with specific interest to fashion and or retail business, and be advanced in Digital Design, Print Design, Photography and video editing. You must be able to multi-task, deliver quickly and accurately on briefs, have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with strong accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to handle multiple projects is key.


Tasks will include:

  • Interpret and manage a brief, design and build creative and targeted emails, mobile, social and digital campaign within brand guidelines
  • Designing and developing digital visual communications in line with the seasonal campaign direction
  • Re-purpose creative concepts for all other digital requirements including: social media assets, banners, digital advertising
  • Understanding useability and navigation issues and integrate these into the overall design concept across all platforms e.g. social, mobile, app, website
  • Implement new online initiatives and keep abreast of new and emerging technologies
  • Shoot content in-house for example flat lay designs
  • Make short edits of films with overlays of copy For seasonal campaign launches
  • Design compelling print elements to ensure all stores are visually up to company standard and are aligned with campaigns.
  • Work with Retail Marketing Team to develop print elements i.e. point of sale
  • Update in-store Digital Screens with compelling Imagery
  • Update Range Books as needed for wholesale
  • Retouching of products and campaign imagery for digital content use

You will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic/Digital Design along with proven experience in retail design or creative/digital agency
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid experience using HTML, CSS and executing responsive design
  • Ability to work autonomously from initial stages through to execution
  • Knowledge of different digital platforms including web, mobile and application
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A flair for design and the ability to deliver creative solutions on brief
  • Be flexible, always approachable
  • Be a team player and work within a very hands on team environment
