  • To identify key retailers, department stores, boutiques and etailiers that the brand could successfully sell through in
  • To devise a strategic plan for each season and for the year in how to sell the brand into the key distributors both in Australia and globally
  • To successfully engage the key retailers, department stores, boutiques and etailiers, and make appointments each season for them to view the brands collections
  • To have control over the management of appointments via online, phone or in person, both in Australia and globally
  • To ensure each key retailer, department store, boutiques and etailier is shown the most suited collection mix to ensure high sell-through
  • Ensure each store buys a balanced representation of the collection while understanding their market and ensuring their successful sell-through
  • Ensure each stores sales are maximised by keeping fortnightly to monthly track of sell-through and servicing re-orders where possible
  • To take initiative in every area of wholesale sales
  • To keep up to date on the retail world and opportunities around sales
  • To come up with unique and interested strategies to effectively communicate the brand in order to maximise sales for all stores globally
  • To be involved with the marketing plan creation and execute marketing plan provided
  • Identify key international retailers, target global retailers in line with the brand
  • Track sell through to maximise sales and contribute constructive feedback into merchandising when designer developing the brands collections
  • Communicate brand and product attributes to retailers, book appointments and conduct appointments to attain and retain these global players



  • High-end women’s apparel experience a positive
  • A passion for sustainable and ethical processes
  • Well-developed time management, interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Brilliant financial, commercial and business acumen
  • A critical thinker
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Used to working with fast paced fashion environment
