Fashion: Ecommerce Manager- (SYD)

WORK FOR A GROWING LIFESTYLE FASHION BRAND!!

One of the original lifestyle apparel brands who are rapidly expanding!!

This role will see you drive the e-commerce strategy across digital channels through website management, EDM’s, CRM, database acquisition, segmentation and retention, SEO/SEM.

 

Monitoring and achieving the Online Channels budget, including top-line growth and profitability metrics. Maximise and optimise the brand’s current online experience to continually capture and attract our online audience.

 

Support team includes Graphic Designer, Merchandiser, Marketing co-ordinator and Social co-ordinator.

 

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Increase digital revenue by proactively driving traffic to the website & other channels to maximize sales whilst maintaining brand integrity
  • Drive online financial performance through regular analysis of sales performance & product trends and recommend actions accordingly
  • Manage weekly reporting for online against sales and GP KPI’s incl but not limited to open rates; click thru; conversion; average dollars sold, customer traffic, basket size, UPT
  • Initiate in-season strategies optimizing sales performance aligned with brand objectives
  • Provide multi-channel post campaign analysis and assessment with a ROI focus utilizing results to influence future campaigns ensuring maximum traffic is driven across all channels
  • Develop reporting and analysis of online performance (sales performance, website traffic & effectiveness of campaigns)
  • Develop the digital communication strategy and go-to-marketing / execution plan aligned with brand identity
  • Own and manage the day-to day delivery of the digital and online trading strategy
  • Drive digital revenue by proactively driving traffic to the website and other channels to maximize sales whilst maintaining brand integrity.

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant industry website experience is essential
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, online and digital marketing and strong commercial experience and acumen within e-commerce and online platforms
  • mobile application delivery and customer experience
  • Full understanding of the dynamics of e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Proven analytical capabilities – ability to leverage analytics to help the channel realise competitive advantages and improve performance and key metrics
  • Ability to create strategic roadmaps clearly aligning to organisational objectives and goals
  • Strategic Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent user of MS Office tools, online analytics
  • Execution of digital marketing and promotional calendar and achievement of eCommerce sales and KPI objectives
