Fashion: Ecommerce Manager (GOLD COAST)

This global label specialises in effortless, luxurious and timelessly sophisticated gowns handmade from only the finest European laces and silks seamlessly sold in over 65 countries worldwide!!

This role will see you lead the creation and implementation of the e-commerce strategy and approach. Monitoring and achieving the Online Channels budget, including top-line growth and profitability metrics. Maximise and optimise the brand’s current online experience to continually capture and attract our online audience.

 

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Identify software requirements and improvements to streamline e-commerce operations
  • Implementing processes to attract, develop and convert new and existing sales leads
  • Focus on e-commerce strategy to ensure key objectives are planned for, executed, analyzed and evolved – you will create and analyse online sales reports, including the implementation and use of analytic tools to gain insights to drive e-commerce sales and identify opportunities
  • Compile information from web analytics, usability testing in order to change business goals and current practices to continually optimise the effectiveness and discoverability of content
  • Online merchandising, including product page copy, imagery, backend search words, video, A+, as well as store/promotion/campaign landing pages, etc.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to optimise online related marketing, in terms of new product campaigns, customer promotions and occasion campaigns
  • Identify, evaluate and implement new e-commerce and Omni-Channel marketing and sales opportunities relevant to the company
  • Driving best-in-class online customer satisfaction and experiences

Ideally, you will have:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant industry experience is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology is preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, online and digital marketing and strong commercial experience and acumen within e-commerce and online platforms
  • Proven track record in gathering and developing requirements for eCommerce Solutions and
  • mobile application delivery and customer experience
  • Full understanding of the dynamics of e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Proven analytical capabilities – ability to leverage analytics to help the channel realise competitive advantages and improve performance and key metrics
  • Ability to create strategic roadmaps clearly aligning to organisational objectives and goals
  • Strategic Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent user of MS Office tools, online analytics platforms and preferred basic skills in Photoshop
  • Execution of digital marketing and promotional calendar and achievement of eCommerce sales and KPI objectives
