FASHION: ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR – ON TREND, CLASSIC FASHION!! (MEL)

This role requires interstate relocation.

Known for their bespoke prints, thought out details and always timeless silhouettes, this leading Australian womenswear label is on the hunt for an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to be responsible for the day to day running of their labels eCommerce platforms.

Based in their global Head Office and reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this role will see you assisting across varied areas including CMS, analytics, tech-marketing, affiliate marketing, research, project management and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular analysis and report on metrics and data, taking initiative to maximise growth and revenue
  • Manage various tasks and changing priorities, adhering to deadlines and communicating accordingly
  • Assisting with the development of key digital channels including SEO and SEM
  • Assisting with the development and analysis of our broader digital strategy – taking a proactive approach to promote continuous improvement
  • Performing daily stock, product detail, pricing and general platform checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across international regional and local sites – rectifying errors and flagging issues accordingly
  • Supporting with troubleshooting – liaising with various departments to resolve and actioning fixes
  • Assisting with the development of SEO and SEM channels
  • Researching competitors and industry generally to inform and initiate eCommerce development projects
  • Monitoring and optimizing customer lifecycle and personalized segmented marketing campaigns
  • Enabling new collections in line with global release dates – and uploading additional stock imagery to CMS
  • Managing operations and customer care for our network of affiliate partners – communicating offers and optimising sales

  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and email marketing principles

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast -paced, collaborative environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in related discipline (preferred)
  • Experience within fashion / retail industry (preferred)
  • Mac literacy
  • Experience using eCommerce platforms, CMS, Microsoft Excel and Analytics (preferred)
