FASHION: Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator – THE DREAM JOB!!!

This all-rounder role will have you coordinating all customer queries, online orders & as well as working across  Social Media! You will directly support the Ecommerce, Social media and Sales teams, learning from the best in the industry! This is THE opportunity to grow your career surrounded by supportive mentors.

Trendy, open plan converted warehouse based in the fashion hub of Alexandria, with an amazing team and office dogs… What more do you want?

 

A SNAP SHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage online store including dispatch
  • Attend to all customer queries via phone and email
  • Managing returns and exchanges
  • Sending out samples and liaising with magazine editors
  • Assist with all aspects of social media
  • Assisting on photoshoots
  • Influencer outreach, maintain current and build new relationships
  • Coordinate gifting programs, tracking and reporting
  • Assist in the management of social media platforms and ecommerce shopify website

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!!!

  • Live locally around the City/Eastern Suburbs
  • Relevant fashion industry experience is A MUST
  • Be creative & think outside the box
  • Highly motivated with great attention to detail
  • Previous dispatch experience is essential, 1 Year
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate – Photoshop experience is advantageous
  • Can-do attitude!
