We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to take the next step in their career with a new and exciting position in a Luxury Jewellery Brand. This role will cover a wide range of responsibilities with the scope to build the position how you see fit.
The Role:
This role will be an independent position within the current marketing team, you will be responsible for a number of projects including construction, segmentation, customer profiles, implementing a CDP solution and so much more.
Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and will be passionate about all things CRM.
Location: Melbourne
Work Model: Hybrid - 4 days on site, 1 day WFH
Salary: - $110,000 - $120,000 + Super

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Plan and deliver campaigns - EDMs, data capture forms and audience segmentation
- Plan, build and execute all email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
- Develop and implement a CDP solution
- Implement a complex email automation flow
- Build out a client data strategy - to understand all sources of data, how will it be managed/shared?
- Develop insightful management reports that enable executives and other to understand and evaluate opportunities
REQUIREMENTS +
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in CRM
- A track record in utilising data science to capture, structure and analyse data
- Strong knowledge across Klaviyo
- Prior experience in a Luxury/Fashion/Retail industry
